Our team
Carmina has more than 9 years of experience in corporate matters and more than 6 in labor matters, she is a specialist in labor and corporate compliance, analysis of subcontracting and implementation of labor and corporate restructuring.
She graduated from Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla, has a diploma in corporate law from the Universidad Iberoamericana de Puebla, a master's degree in labor law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho and a diploma in tax law from the Universidad Madero Puebla.
Julio A. Aguilar is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the Postgraduate Course in Contributions and Federal Taxes at the Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla, the Trusted Business Advisor Diploma from the Universidad Panamericana and a bachelor's degree from the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla.
He has more than 22 years of experience in tax consulting, he is currently president of the Tax Commission and adviser at COPARMEX Puebla.
Julio has served as Trustee of the Taxpayer in the Local Administration of the Taxpayer of Puebla 2 and of the Attorney for the Defense of the Taxpayer by COPARMEX Puebla.
